The garden has numerous terraces, sloping down towards the sea: on the highest are the two residences with covered and non-covered relaxing areas, in addition to the outdoor kitchen, just below the swimming pool. Fruit trees and Mediterranean scrub grow luxuriantly, well exposed to the sun and protected by the ancient dry-stone walls that surround the land of almost one hectare.

The swimming pool, embellished with a carpet of "cement tiles" with an ancient Mediterranean flavour, is characterized by its salt electrolysis disinfection system. It also includes a comfortable relaxing area, covered in Trani natural stone, and equipped with showers and sunbeds, complete with beach towels.

The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue and stone oven, built according to the local tradition, in addition to the sink and worktop.

The car park, which is accessed through a wrought iron gate, is large, shaded by the Mediterranean scrub and surrounded by the original dry-stone walls.
