The Dimora la Lamia consists of a spacious room with a barrel ceiling of the original Lamia, divided into a living area, with a sofa and stone fireplace, and a sleeping area, with a double bed overlooking the sea.
The original lamia leads to the new rooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and a double bedroom with sea view, all built in compliance with the typical architecture of the place and favouring the use of traditional materials. This house is completed by an entrance and two exclusive covered patios overlooking the sea.
These rooms are equipped with underfloor heating/cooling, fireplace, intelligent air ventilation, mosquito nets, complete furnishings (including 2 satellite TVs), bathroom and kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels.
Wi-fi and LAN sockets are included.
The lamias were rooms with a rectangular plan and a low-arched roof, built with stones and mortar, typical of the country houses of southern Italy, especially of Puglia. Unlike the trullo, the lamia had a walkable terrace that also allowed tomatoes, figs, and other fruits of the earth to be dried in the sun before the arrival of winter.
Rent the Dimora la Lamia if you have a family of 4 or if you want to spend a holiday with a couple of friends (max 4 pax): you will have at your disposal the garden and the swimming pool, shared with the guests of the Dimora il Trullo, but with all the privacy reserved for you by your entrance, two covered patios and two exclusive parking spaces.
